In a small corner of Pune in 2009, a family's dream rose like freshly baked bread. Poonam Bakery began in a modest kitchen where every product was crafted by hand, every recipe was perfected with patience, and every customer was treated like family. What started with just 30 dedicated employees, many of whom still work with us today, has blossomed into a cherished household name with a family of over 500 passionate bakers and craftspeople.
Yet, despite our growth, some things remain beautifully unchanged. Walk into our bakery early morning, and you'll still find our master bakers kneading dough by hand, carefully folding in premium nuts, and adding that special touch of cardamom that makes our products uniquely ours. The aroma of freshly baked treats still fills our corridors, just as it did on day one.
